Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping to the following destinations and the transit times are as follows:
Next Business Day to UK
3-5 business days to Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, USA
6-10 business days to Australia and Greece
We also ship to the following countries; however an additional shipping charge will be applied at checkout and the transit times are as follows:
6-10 business days to Kuwait, Lebanon, KSA, Oman, Qatar, UAE

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address or Cancellation: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations and change of address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Duties and Taxes: Product prices include all taxes and duties, with one exception; a nominal duties fee is collected when delivering to KSA, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and the UAE.
Parcel Lost in Transit: We will process a refund as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. The investigation can only begin 21 business days post shipping day.
- We hope you are enjoying your order but just in case you wish to process a return, please keep in mind that our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your towel, unfortunately a refund will not be possible.
- Within 14 days of receiving your towel simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you will be returning your order, then send back the items you want to return and we will refund the amount you paid for them.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund is being processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sales Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
