1. Delivery Options & Times

  • Greece: 1–2 business days (Hellenic Post Courier, ACS)
  • EU: 3–5 business days (DPD, DHL)
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 4–6 business days (DPD, Royal Mail)
  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days standard, 2–4 express (DHL Express)
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days standard, 3–5 express
  • Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days standard, 4–6 express

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders over USD 120 to any country we currently ship to. Below the threshold, flat rates apply at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking link within one business day of placing your Order.

4. Customs & Duties

Orders within the EU include VAT and incur no additional duties. Orders to the UK below GBP 135 include UK VAT at checkout. Orders to the US below USD 800 are generally duty-free.

5. Returns Policy

You may return any unused product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with any tags or seals intact.

6. How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your Order number.
  2. We will send a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return label and drop off at your nearest carrier point within 7 days.
  4. Keep the proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned items at our Athens warehouse. Credit-card refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product develops a defect in normal use within 12 months of purchase, write to [email protected] with photos and your Order number.

9. Take-Back & Recycling

Every Anaskela towel can be returned to us when it is worn out for responsible recycling. Email [email protected] for a prepaid postage label (free from more than 40 countries).

10. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are an EU/UK consumer, in addition to our 30-day returns policy you have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
