1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of anaskela.com and the purchase of any product from Anaskela Ltd. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Each product displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to treat. By submitting an Order you make an offer to purchase. A binding Contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping-confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD by default and include applicable Greek VAT where legally required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. We dispatch within one business day. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

EU/UK consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our policy extends this to 30 days as a goodwill measure. Returned items must be unused, with original labelling.

7. Warranty & Defects

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Statutory consumer rights (including the 2-year EU warranty) are preserved.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Anaskela or our licensors. “Anaskela”, “Geometria”, “Under the Palms” and our design patterns are our trademarks.

9. User-Generated Content

If you post a review, comment or photograph, you grant Anaskela a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use that content in connection with our business.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to violate any law, transmit malware, scrape content, gain unauthorised access, impersonate others, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products commercially without authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death/personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the greater of the price paid and EUR 500.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction, except that EU/UK consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
